Can we get better rates and prices through GO Jobs?

Yes. GO Jobs provides posting packages, promotions, and job board discounts. We also work with job boards to provide promotions to GO Jobs clients only. These special packages and rates are not available to the general public. For current promotions and packages contact your GO Jobs account executive.

How soon are my jobs cross-posted?

All jobs are entered into the GO Jobs system in real-time. Depending on the job board, most jobs are posted within one business day.

How will I know when my job is posted?

Job postings on GO Jobs and our network of paid partner sites are confirmed via email within one business day. When posting individual jobs to mulitple paid sites, we confirm the completion of the posting and respond with a link to the live ads.
When using a client's posting subscription to post a job, we provide account maintenance screens to validate posting schedules.

Can GO Jobs create a custom posting plan for me?

Yes. GO Jobs will work with the clients’ existing job description and requirements, research our partner job boards, and over 5,000 other niche, industry specific, national, regional, diversity, and college sites. GO Jobs will provide the client with a quote, including job board pricing, descriptions, and GO Jobs research notes. Upon approval from the client, GO Jobs will post the position to the related sites.

Can GO Jobs add additional sites?

Yes. GO Jobs is always increasing its list of job boards. At the request of a client, GO Jobs will contact the site, and build a posting relationship. Depending on the site requirements, most boards are added within 1-5 business days. If you have a site you are using and would like it added please contact your GO Jobs Account Executive.

How do you add, edit, and delete postings?

Jobs are added, edited, and deleted via the GO Jobs Website. GO Jobs will send adds, edits, and deletions to our partner sites, using the GO Jobs posting engine. Not all of GO Jobs partner sites can accept automated edits and deletions. In this case, GO Jobs cannot send edits or deletions to these sites. Jobs will be automatically removed by the partner site using the job expiration date. GO Jobs automatically notifies job seekers when a job is no longer active.

What types of reporting and performance metrics do you provide to customers?

GO Jobs Patent Pending, Response Tracking technology tracks candidate response from each of the jobs posted on our partner job boards. Track the effectiveness of an ad campaign, or the effectiveness of the boards themselves. Create ad hoc real-time web based reports. Receive weekly reports via email.

Can GO Jobs use my existing job board subscriptions?

Yes. The GO Jobs posting system will allow you to use your existing job board posting package. A GO Jobs posting package is required to utilize this feature. For more information, please contact your GO Jobs account executive.

Can we post through our Applicant Tracking System to GO Jobs?

GO Jobs provides a simple and easy interface for applicant tracking companies and enterprise clients. The GO Jobs http posting interface is an integrated posting tool that allows clients the ability to post jobs to their subscription job boards as well as over 500 additional sites.
GO Jobs has partnerships with the following applicant tracking companies: WorkStream (previously Rezlogic), SmartSearch, Gemdrop.

What type of billing can GO Jobs provide?

Because GO Jobs is purchasing job board services on your behalf, we require upfront payment through either credit card or pre-payment.
Companies purchasing multiple postings can apply for credit using an invoice or purchase order. For more information, consult your sales representative.
